Prenatal

When A Baby Is Born, So Is A Parent

During the prenatal period many families spend time preparing for birth and developing a birthing plan. However, they often forget about developing a plan for the postpartum period. Postpartum is a beautiful time, and also really overwhelming. You are recovering from birth as well as moving though immense physical and emotional changes, all while caring for a newborn.

By preparing for postpatum during the prenatal period, you will set yourself up for the most sucucess and less stress.

As a Registered Nurse, I want you to have consistent, quality support and go into the postpatum period prepared and empowered. Learn more below.

Prenatal Parenting Prep Package

In-Home or Virtual

While pregnant we spend a lot of time preparing for birth and the space for baby, but not a lot of time preparing for postpartum. This package is meant to help put your mind at ease and be your “crash course” so you feel empowered and prepared to start your parenting journey with your newborn.

We will cover:

  • Prenatal feeding education (breast, bottle, pumping, formula)
  • Newborn “101” education
  • What to expect in the 4th trimester
  • Infant sleep expectations.

This typically runs 3 hours long. Avoid Dr. Google and get all your questions answered from a Registered Nurse!
